  1. During peak sale or promotional periods, please allow for a few extra days for processing and delivery.
  2. Products purchased through the Zifna website can be exchanged , provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please note that this policy does not apply to earrings (for hygiene reasons), custom-made jewelry (including engraved items), or products on sale or clearance. These items are not eligible for returns.
  3. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect as per your order confirmation, the cost of returning Products is your responsibility. We recommend using a registered mail service, as proof of shipping is not proof of delivery. If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the postage costs.
  4. If you wish to return any Products, please email us at support@zifna.com before proceeding.
  5. Refunds or exchanges will be provided if the item is faulty
  6. Refunds are processed using the original payment method, whenever possible, including the same credit card or payment system used for the initial purchase.
  7. All orders are packaged in a signature Zifna box. 

Prices shown include VAT but exclude any other applicable taxes. Depending on the geographical location of your IP address, prices displayed may exclude VAT.

**Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

When items are pre-ordered, the item will need to be made to order thus will take some time. This varies between 3 days to 2 weeks depending on amount of orders pending. We will try our best to make it ASAP. 

In case of any delays due to high volume of orders or other factors, we will communicate this to you via email.
